Combat sports course 2027

A practical training course focused on learning combat sports skills. We will practice techniques and situations from stance combat sports (kickboxing, boxing, karate, muaythai) and ground combat sports as well (wrestling, judo, grappling, etc.). Learned skills will be verified by controlled sparring. The course includes issues of self-defense (theory and practice). The course also includes an accompanying program in the form of wellness and other evening activities.
