Core training 2025
The course takes the form of a theoretical lecture and practical demonstrations (bring your own sportswear). The theoretical part discusses the essence of developing the core of the body, especially focusing on different levels of difficulty. In the practical part, the exercises are explained from the easiest variants without the use of equipment and with lower intensity to those performed with maximum effort. Complex strength exercises focused on the "core" area are explained as part of their use during the annual training cycle. The pros and cons of balance surfaces are also discussed, focusing on their application in the preparation of children and adults with a focus on the core of the body.
