Koordinace dechu a stabilizačních funkcí v jógových pozicích

This intensive three-day seminar is designed for advanced yoga practitioners, physical therapists, and movement specialists who want to deepen their knowledge of the connection between yoga practice and the principles of the deep stabilizing system (DSS).
Participants will learn about the latest findings on the function of deep muscle structures (diaphragm, pelvic floor, transverse abdominis, multifidus) and their influence on posture, breathing patterns, stability, and quality of movement. Through yoga asanas, breathing techniques, and targeted activation of the HSS, we will seek a balance between mobility and stability, between body awareness and its functional use.
What to expect:

theoretical blocks with overlap into physiotherapy and neurophysiology,
practical yoga lessons with an emphasis on HSS activation,
analysis of movement patterns and their correction,
working with breath as a tool for stabilization and relaxation,
sharing experiences and case studies from practice.

The seminar is suitable for:

physiotherapists, yoga instructors, trainers, and therapists,
advanced practitioners who want to understand their bodies in depth,
anyone looking for a connection between conscious movement and functional stability.
