The theoretical part explains the theory of stimulation of coordination abilities in children, describes the main principles of development of coordination abilities in individual developmental phases (from 10 years, 10 - 12 years, 12 - 15 years). Describes the main methods and means for stimulating coordination. The practical part will describe the main means used for the development of coordination in childhood. Participants will try examples of exercises for the main resource groups.
