The aim of the course is to familiarize the participants with current trends in the development of speed in children's training.

The theoretical part explains the theory of stimulation of speed abilities in children, describes the main principles of the development of individual types of speed abilities (reaction speed, individual movement and locomotion). Describes the main methods and means for both linear and non-linear velocity stimulation.

The practical part will describe the main means of use for the development of speed in childhood.
