STRENGTH TRAINING IN SPORTS 2025
The course includes both a theoretical lecture and practical demonstrations. The theory section covers the basic principles of strength training for developing large muscle groups. The practical part focuses on technique instruction and diagnostics for squats, plyometric exercises, and complex movements with free weights (such as cleans and push presses used in general conditioning). Strength exercises and diagnostics are designed for coaches working with both children and adults. Differences in strength training approaches for youth and adults are discussed. Sportswear required.
